Surfing been growing over the years likely with influence from visitors from neighboring Martinique and Guadeloupe, and the influx of Ross University Students.
The most common surfing spots are on the North East Coast, specifically the following bays:
- Calibishie (Point Baptiste Beach)
- Woodfordhill (L'anse Torte)
- Londonerry (Turd Burger's)
- Pagua Bay
- Rosalie (Phillips) (Southeast)

Many of the beaches have strong currents and undertows that can be very dangerous. Consult with locals or tour groups before venturing into unfamiliar areas.
