The main objective of the Roseau Care givers and Receivers cooperative Society Ltd, is to provide a service whereby the needs of all Dominicans, especially the poor, indigent and elderly including those affected by HIV/AIDS, for home based care, are adequately and professionally met; regardless of religion, or political affiliation.
