 WHAT
IS CDW?
CDW IS NOT INSURANCE.
CDW is the extra fee charged to the person renting the vehicle,
which allows the rental company to waive its right to recover
physical damage losses from the renter beyond the excess charged
if the vehicle is involved in a collision.
This waiver EXCLUDES tires, glass
(windows, front and rear windscreen etc.) towing, lights (headlamps,
tail lamps, indicator lights etc).
The CDW will be VOID if the renter
causes an accident by speeding, driving on unpaved roads,
driving while intoxicated or if you are not the authorized
driver of the rented vehicle.
