Cornell Fingers Phillip of WCK fame established Imperial Publishing in 1995. The introduction of this new digital music recording facility addressed the growing need of such a facility in The Commonwealth of Dominica, especially with the surfacing of new talents and artists.
Due to his love and understanding for Dominicas vast cultural rhythms and dances, Cornell is the master of masters when it comes to the musical arrangement and mixing of cultural music.
